To All Family/Child Advocacy Groups & Individuals Within Driving Distance of the Metro Atlanta Area -
At the formal request of Dr. Monty Weinstein (www.familyunity.com), please review the following request for in-person support as Courtroom Watcher this coming Friday afternoon, 3-13-09.
Dr. Weinstein will be in Atlanta, GA to assist in the defense of two National Parent's Rights Association members, Dean Gottschalk, NPRA's PR guy and single father of two paternally disenfranchised school-aged children, and David E. Oles, one of NPRA's legal consultants, and Mr. Gottschalk's attorney of record.
Cobb County Superior Court will be attempting to charge Mr. Oles with contempt of court for efforts he took in securing expert opinion from Monty Weinstein while defending Mr. Gottschalk in a protracted custody trial in early October last year.
Additionally, a Motion for New Trail was filed and will be argued in response to the court's behaviors along with other contributing players such as Diane Woods of Marietta (GAL), Sheri Siegel (psych evaluator), Susan Volentine (counselor), Barbara Lassiter (opposing counsel), as exhibited during the week-long trial last October. The defendent was denied Due Process on a host instances, including, but not limited to -
Denial of right of defense through use of expert witness opinion.
Denial of right to acknowledgement of specifics of allegations.
Ordered into coercive psychoanalytic “treatments” to be monitored by the State.
Denial of privilege of client confidentiality under Georgia law.
Denial of right to cross-examination.
Malicious use of Process under color of law.
Malicious misuse of Process under color of law.
Malicious abuse of Process under color of law.
Erroneous and uncorroborated implications of unlawful behavior.
As a reminder, Dr. Weinstein's efforts contributed to an overwhelmingly favorable outcome last month in Forsyth County Superior Court for the Michael Gerber domestic violence criminal case.
Hearing specifics -
Cobb County Superior Court, Courtroom P
C. LaTain Kell, judge
30 Waddell St.
Marietta, GA 30090
Time: 1:30 PM
770-528-1800
