Sue the offending parent in the civil law division courts for monetary damages for INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS (because that parent makes it an ongoing, continuing issue), OUTRAGEOUS CONDUCT, MALICIOUS ABUSE/USE/MISUSE OF PROCESS, HARASSMENT, KIDNAPPING, and any other causes you can come up with. Like fraudulent paternity cases where the father sues and wins, Parental Alienation & PAS constitutes fraud and deception on the courts (for thumbing their noses at the courts' orders) and the other parent, are personal injury issues where you can sue for money damages just like a wrongful death case, car accident case, wrongful birth case, fraud case, etc. Parental Alienation Syndrome: A Lost Parent's Perspective ...
