Dear Governor Christie:
My name is Pete Garrity. My son, Thomas [now 14] was moved to NJ in 2006 w/o my knowledge. My company went out of business in 2007 in Md. & I filed a Motion for Child Support Modification in Md. The motion was never heard.
My ex, Kathryn Holbrook, moved the jurisdiction of the case [#FM 1081-J ]to NJ in 2008 [as I thought I would be moving to NJ] after she moved in with one of your employees, T. Gary Mitchell, Public Defender Attorney for your Office of Parental Representation & has assisted her, while committing fraud, to filing bogus motions to the court [she signs as pro se] perpetuating these monies I do not owe. The award of Child Support was set @ $600 per month in Md. when I earned $60,000 per year. That job ended in Oct., 2007. In NJ your Judge Roger Daley refused to hear or accept my written my documents proving my company was shut down in Md. & I have suffered AN EXTREME CHANGE IN FINANCIAL POSITION, warranting a corresponding reduction in Child Support owed.
Judge Daley put a 30 day order on me for $9,282 in Jan., '09. I was able to borrow the money to pay by the 29th day of the order. He had me arrested anyways screaming the day of the order, "That I'll PERSONALLY send these 2 troopers down to pick you up." He is acting corruptly & in COLLUSION with Mr. Mitchell [who falsified his ID in 2007 to illegally obtain my driving records--documented].
I now have TWO BOGUS CHILD SUPPORT ARREST WARRANTS OUTSTANDING, as I cannot enter the state to DEFEND MYSELF nor do I have $5-7K to hire an attorney.
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEE MY SON IN 3 YEARS THANKS TO THIS CORRUPT SYSTEM WITH J. DALEY & MITCHELL WORKING THE BACK ROOM CREATING PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME WITH THE HELP OF THE STATE OF NJ.!!
I NEED TO HAVE THESE WARRANTS VACATED AND MY HEARING TO TAKE PLACE WITH OUT J. DALEY SO MY SUPPORT CAN BE RETROACTIVELY REDUCED AND MY ACCOUNT CREDITED WITH THE $14,800 DOLLARS I HAVE PAID SINCE 2009.
PEOPLE WHO DON'T PAY MORTGAGES GET TO STAY IN THEIR HOMES & PEOPLE THAT OWE BOGUS EXCESSIVE CHILD SUPPORT DON'T GET TO SEE THEIR CHILD. THIS COULD NOT BE ANYMORE CORRUPT OR WRONGFUL JUSTICE POSSIBLE.
PLEASE ALLOW ME TO PRESENT MY CASE IN AN OBJECTIVE COURT WITHOUT HANDCUFFS.
BTW, IF THE GOVERNOR WOULD LIKE TO VIEW THE TRUE DEVIANT, SEXUAL SKELETONS OF MR. MITCHELL'S BACKGROUND WITH HIS OWN CHILDREN [AS HE WORKS FOR OPR & NJ FAMILIES], GO UNSEAL HIS DIVORCE DOCUMENTS HE HAD SEALED WHEN I LEARNED OF THEIR CONTENTS 8-18-2008. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED.
