In high school they used a boot on students cars. Who knew it would actually be a learning device. They made the mistake of using it on my friend's car. I went and got a wrench and took off the wheel and put on the spare. Took the hole works to his house and took it off the rim. The school wouldn't have got it back had it been up to me!
These days I wouldn't waist so much time on it due to there infringement on my right to travel and right to property. I have a one word fix this device of torcher, SAWSALL, I would recommend a 24 tooth per inch blade, they use hardened steel in these atrocities.

The whole damn psychopathic gestapo is totally outta control, i can't believe half of the things that I am seeing going on globally right now, especially some of the things going on here in the states. Sheesh!

...and I like how in the article they say they will take the boot off if they pay up or work out a payment plan, payment plan?  ?? yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!! last I heard it's pretty hard to follow a payment plan when you can't get to work because they have a boot on your car or your unconstitutionally in an illegal debtors prison. Putting the "payment plan" phrase in the article is 100% pure propaganda to make it sound that these crooks have some sense of compassion. |

Payment plan BULL SHIT!!!! You can make them and hold up your end but that will do little or nothing to stop or even slow them down. Here's how mine worked.
At the time $25 was min. payment, it's now $50. So that is what they set the payments at and I made them. I went the Olympia to the main office some 40 mi. away and payed in cash in person every month. I was told that all of my license's would be released (drivers, hunting,fishing, etc.). This not being my first time trying to make a payment plan and needing time to save the funds, I didn't rush out and spend the hundreds of dollars to reinstate any thing. If memory serves, it didn't take quite 3 mo. and they were thieving from my bank account and revoking all state issued licenses. The case worker called and asked why i hadn't made the 4th mo.s payment. My reply, breach of contract on your part. She didn't like that and said if I don't make the payments she would be forced to send this case to the prosecutors office and a month or two later did.
By this time I had read and understood most of the state law on the matter, Oh-oh a hick armed with information, you know he has gotta pull that trigger......
The phone rang and after her introduction the threats started and I was to sign a payment plan with the prosecutors office. I explained that I had tried to make arrangements with the state a couple times before and the state broke the contract each time on an illegally accrued debt. and I would make no more! She asked what I meant by that. I said call me back in 5 minutes and hung up the phone. I knew this woman was not about to wait, but I didn't need more than two min. to get my folder containing the applicable laws. The phone was ringing inside of 3 min. and boy was she pissed off.
She start with "You hung up on me!."
I said "Yes I did and told you to call back in 5 min. you couldn't even fallow those simple parameters." I had her so pissed I couldn't believe what was coming out of her mouth.
I said, "You called back to find out why the debt your trying to collect is illegal, so shut up and get a pen and paper and I'll tell you." After trying to interrupt several times I finally got out what I had to say and I laid it out dates and RCW's (state law's). I asked if she had it all down, she replied " Yes and I will be putting this on top of the pile, in front of the head prosecutor for immediate action." I said "That would be great I look forward to bringing up your harassment in court." I swear that woman growled at me before slamming down the phone. I have NOT heard from the PA office on the matter since. By the same token, they obviously know I'm right, but have done nothing to correct the matter. That was at least 5 yrs. ago.

Harbor Freight- $90 Set of 4 cordless tools, while your there get the right blade (24 tpi). Even a hack saw will cut most anything at 24 tpi.
Work smart not hard, the blade will last much longer if it is keep cool and lubricated,in that order.
Failing WD40 or better. Water will work, but it takes much more and should be a constant feed from the start, DO NOT HEAT THE BLADE then apply water.
So you have found your self in AZ and even your WD40 has went dry?
Damn good thing you have an extra blade;
Cut slow smooth and even, cause son if you fuck it up at this point, .... While C. Otey has a reservation with YOU!
