I went to court last year 2014 the judge had given my ex wife full legal and full custody. later on I found out that the judge is on the council at my ex wife summer job how should I go about handling this in a legal manner?we have on the transcript where the judge is praising the summer program that my ex wife is involved in, so the judge admits knowledge also her lawyer said that we could not communicate is why we had to go to mediation but the county courthouse offered share parenting classes which recommended we go to mediation they said that was the best option instead of getting the lawyers involved and when her lawyer did get involved my civil rights were taken from me. What can I do? I'm going to modify the child support which they issued that left me living under the poverty level even though the judge said she sympathized with my financial situation but the guidelines are the guidelines.... I was told.
