We've added the F.R.A.M.E.D. RSS feed to our site and posted a short article about it. The fight to get reform in family law is in need of all the allies of children and safe and sane parents it can get.
Our particular take on the issues is that family law problems, divorces, child abuse, and mental illness are closely related in a multiple cause and multiple effect manner. Fixing the corrupt and sexist courts is an important part of the problem. We think it's one of many important parts, however.
We also cover mental health issues as an important part of our blogging. Mental illnesses such as Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder often arise from a history of child abuse and lead to the abused becoming the abuser, triggering a vicious divorce, and creating a new generation of abusers.
We've also identified a pattern of police and CPS law violations as being central to many family law custody conflicts. Accountability for all government employees is critical. No court reform, no matter how well-intentioned and designed, can work without this. Judges, cops, and CPS social workers who are liars and violate the civil rights of others should be prosecuted and blacklisted from future government employment.
The problems are particularly widespread in police child abuse units and CPS. It's possible a large fraction, perhaps even a majority, of the people working in these areas routinely violate the civil rights of others and use lies as a tool to harass target families and produce fabricated evidence against them. This is why so many of them refuse to permit interviews to be recorded. They know they cannot use their strategy of lying, distorting, manipulating, and fabricating if the courts find out what the people they interviewed really said. Thus they refuse to allow citizens to record interviews, claiming it is illegal, because they themselves intend to commit crimes against those citizens.
