Okay... let me get this right:
She attacks him over his philandering, years prior.
She attacks him with a bowl, a pipe and a carpet sweeper.
She breaks his ribs, wrist and hip.
Witness state she has repeatedly kicked him in the groin.
AND THIS IS NOT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE???
Nay, it gets better- the charge is assault! She attacks him with implements and causes grevious bodily harm and is charged with mere assault... not attempted homicide?
Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez, it's no wonder men are brutalized by women and it never shows up on DV stats! And still we wonder why MVDV is not given due (and serious) consideration in federal funding?

Guess a woman has to attack a police officer for it to atleast be called "SIMPLE" domestic violence.
