I feel that if there was more energy focused on Pro Se education and methods, it would put a damper in the process of our family courts. The more people going pro se would force many bloodsucking vampire destructive attorneys out of the picture (since most do more damage than good) and also create judges to become more involved in following the statutes and codes etc.
A revolution of education in family law and pro se procedures are needed in my opinion.

I agree! It's a shame we can't get parents educated before the first hearing, that sends us down the path to illegal imprisonment. It seems everyone's first trip into the fairness of family court is an eye opener and a kick in the crouch. Harrison

Its hard to get people just entering into the family court system to actually believe what we are trying to tell them. These courts are so corrupt and ridiculous the average mind cannot comprehend the truth.
We've got to make these people see the truth before they fall into the pit of family court destruction.

Knowledge is power! You must learn how to control the judge. To do so, you must arm yourself with knowledge of legal citations, case law, statutes, court rules. Make a record and set grounds for an appeal. If you stand there and tell the Judge that he must rule in accordance with the law and he doesn't, then he has abused his discretion. The purpose of the higher court is to review a lower court's abuse. Most people don't have a clue how to appeal and the trial court takes advantage of a pro se litigant not knowing the law or how to apply it. No one knows your case better than you do and no one will fight harder than you will, but you must arm yourself with the tools which is knowledge of the law. Representing ones self is not easy. But you can prevail, this I know, because I have in my own case.
Sometimes you may ask yourself, when is it ever going to stop, when will I have get some peace? It will stop when you give up and that's exactly what the alienator is hoping you will do, give up. It simply cannot be an option.....my motto: If the alienating parent intends to keep the child from the other parent, let it not be without a price. Make them shell the money out of their pockets and give it to those money grubbing lawyers and keep fighting for your children in every way you possibly can, but don't give up. They simply cannot keep the children from you without it costing them a pretty penny. All the while, you will be building a case file for your child to see one day and know that you never gave up and that you did all you could do to fight for them!
