Does anyone know any Constitutional grounds for filing a Federal lawsuit since the great state of Illinois has none... just a wonderful law for no statute of limitations on child support. I am having difficulty with Child Support Network (Jackass Durham) who encouraged my ex to come after me after 10 years of emancipation and 20 years of an original abduction, secretion and alienation. I want to level the financial playing field with a Federal lawsuit. Can anyone help?

Thanks for joining the talkboard. Bruce Eden may be able to give you some info about this. Look up DadsRites in the members list for his email address. He's in New Jersey but is very knowledgable with what you are seeking.
His email address may also be in the "member introduction" section of this talkboard.
