Has implications involving suspension of driver's license for owing child support.I know there are a number of folks out there that still believe the right to travel shouldn't be limited to those with driver's licenses. William Reil of Pennsylvania has been working for a number of years to reclaim the nearly forgotten right to travel. His struggles with an abusive legal system have caught the attention of one Pennsylvania legislator. In a letter dated April 18, 2006, Pennsylvania State Representative Samuel Rohrer informs District Justice Phyllis R. Streitel that after much consideration he finds merit in Mr. Reil's legal arguments outlining his right to travel and finds Title 75 (Pa Vehicle Code) can only be applied to commercial vehicles and commercial use of the roads. He concludes his letter by asking District Justice Phyllis R. Streitel to grant Mr Reil's request for reconsideration of March 27 verdict. A copy of the letter can be found at in this message at http:/www.triallogs.com While you're there, consider participating in the discussion forum or pass along suggestions for site content.
