In 1993 Georgia Child support office established paternity fraud to collect not just child support, but federal funding. At the time the statue said that they had 1 year to establish paternity for a child born out of wedlock. If Paternity was not established within the 1st year, they could not collect Child support or federal funding. The federal funding was a big issue as it's 18 years of money that they otherwise could not collect. I know this because I just went and looked at the records for my own son. They changed the name of the child on the court documents to reflect that he had my son's last name. They served the hearing notice to a address that my son hadn't lived in 7 years, as a matter of fact he didn't even live within the jurisdiction of the court. He was 18 years old. The state of Georgia made sure that he stayed locked up over trivial stuff until he left the state. At that time, they changed the name on the income deduction order to reflect the child's legal name. It makes me wonder how many other people Georgia did this to! How many Men are sitting in Georgia Prison's to cover up the crimes of the State of Georgia. I'm currently looking for a good Attorney, who isn't in bed with the state. I have to wonder how the people who did this sleep at night.
