Child support threats

I am looking for help dealing with the csea. They lied and said I didn't make payment when I did, now they sending papers about how I no longer have the right to own property, how they are taking my drivers license ( I drive for a living), warrants... They are ignoring response to their own papers they sent me. How do I start to deal with this. I am beyond broke I do not have money for a lawyer or the insane child support payments. The payments were established without a hearing in the first place.
