I was recently Arrested as mentioned in another post but it also got me thinking as i sat in court. Why is it Nonviolent crimes such as nonsupport are thrown in with drug convictions and violent crimes.I was charged with a class d felony and by Kentucky law that can be anything from violent crimes and rape to Drug trafficing and abuse to DUI's.How is generalizing all these crimes together even fair? Not to mention as a first time offender i'd have the same felon lable as a rapest!?!? The Justic system needs a serious rework at least here in Kentucky.

The Justic system needs a serious rework at least here in Kentucky. It's totally not fair and it is a miscarriage of Justice for many fathers who are trying to do the right thing. Most criminals in this country have more rights than fathers do.
