If the court orders the custodial parent responsible for health insurance for the children, is the non-custodial parent responsible for the deductible associated with that insurance?
The courts mention in their child support guidelines that "any medical costs not covered by insurance. . . . . "
Would insurance deductibles be considered expenses not covered by insurance?
Please advise quickly!

The wording of the Order should say something like "any out-of-pocket expenses". It's important to read your Order very carefully and what the specifics are. What is the exact wording of your Order?
