It's difficult at best for opposing parties to Judge gender specifics regarding "rights" differences between male and females. Predominantly, litigants in time will find that it's not necessarily the "system" or their "ex" who is to blame. We have fairly good laws within our legal system but of course some laws could use amending. Due process rights we are without, remember we live in a capitalistic nation and due process rights wouldn’t be as inviting to Fair Rulings in our courts.
As married couples and/or parents we might find or relationships burning out, leading to a "war of the roses..." This in turn creates animosities within the family structure and these animosities when left unattended may lead to litigation influenced in America by the corruption of corporate America.
This moves parents or divorcees to “Lawyer Up” for war. Once in counsel’s office the business/corporate pitch begins and the motions and declarations fly with adversarial conflict and finger pointing... Welcome to Cash Cow Syndrome or CCS. CCS is a great way for attorneys to embellish and create a legal factious disorder so that they may widen the rift between all family members as well as the children.
Confused children may side with one parent usually the custodial parent while the non-custodial is left out in the cold with hurt feelings of abandonment and thoughts of alienation. The more prolonged the case the more hostilities and alienation you’ll see, eventually escalating the finger pointing and heightening the adversarial nature of the economic beast for the legal communities profiteers.
When you add a Minors Counsel or GAL to the mix they'll often follow the gravy train that leads directly to their own financial success allowing themselves to be butt sitters for profit. Doesn't that just piss you off at your "ex"? Doesn't it just make you want to go after them for defamation of your moral character? Don't you want to sue the crap out of your "ex" and his/her attorney? Makes a person want to vent to who ever will listen... Sometimes even children or whoever is near by!
The court may appoint or parties my stipulate to a psychological evaluation to see where the problem is or isn’t and then out of no where you may find yourself labeled with some new form of misery that you and all who have known you, have never heard of… Is it science or is it psychobabble, you be the Judge as the possibility of eval after eval gets ordered jacking up the courts revenue.
You may wish to run out and purchase a self-help book sold by a PH.D., Attorney or Author that knows a well established financial market when they see one. Yes, there are many third party collateral's waiting around each and every corner, waiting in dark Kave like alley ways with their hands out to profit from the down trodden.
It would behoove all who seek legal remedies to first understand the dysfunctional freakonomics of what they are about to embark upon by visiting a court and speaking to the people that have been through it. If possible learn to compromise.
