  Well yesterday my wife sister went to her aunt house to get her mail.And to take photo for her family album.Will yesterday i get a call from her to tell me about the fight she had with liz embry.And how i am going to be blame for sending her over there to do this.I have no idea this was going on and she said that the mother of our 2 kids was calling me a asshole in front of the kids and all.So somehow the police was called and the cops called me and i ask them what is going to be done about my wife placing her hands on OUR son face.The police Dept stated that she was in her rights to do this.Cause she was protecting her kids.Cause her sister was taken A PIC without her permission .And that THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO CAUSE I WAS NOT THERE AND THAT I AM WASTING THE POLICE TIME.I was then told that the TPo is expire and if that she wanted to she can get another one and say that i am using the Police as 3rd party person to harass her and the kids.Which i think it is crock of bull crap. PLEASE PASS THIS story around |

You can't be blamed for sending her over there unless you admit to it. This is just more "he said, she said" shit that Judges hear all the time. The picture of her with her hand on your childs face is nothing more than that, it proves nothing. Without a bruise, police report etc, it really doesnt prove anything. The police have no right to say a woman has it in her rights to abuse a child if that was what she was doing. This all really makes no sense to me.
I'm surprised she already hasn't re-instated the TPO, Police the 3rd party harasser? That makes no sense either.

What do u mean framed.Why would u you say want the TPO back reinstated.If that is what u was meaning by that.
I mean her placing her hand on my son face.Cause her aunt was taking a photo.Does not sit well with me.I mean if she wanted to block her sister for taking a pic.Stand in front of ur son.NOT place ur hands on him
And then the pic of my wife running while i son is in the background.Just show's to me that this That i can't believe she would condone fighting with her kid around

With regards to everything you have said before about this woman, that is why I said I'm surprised she hasn't got another tpo against you......she seems like a total tpo kind of gal.

Oh yea.I get what u are saying now.U had me worried.But i mean what pisses me off.Is the pic were my son is being touch and then MY SON in the background.What seems to be hiding while his mother is acting like a violent menace to society
